Buying Process

Add all the products you want in to your shopping cart and make sure that:
1) you have the right products
2) you have entered the correct quantities and prices
3) you checked the final cost of the order, including extra charges for transport
4) you have filled in your personal information (name, phone, etc.)
5) you wrote the correct shipping address

If you are sure your order, complete the checkout process.

Return Policy

All images and product information shown on pages of www.besweet.gr reflect to the actual products.
Before dispatching all products are tested for their good quality and good condition so we are sure that you will receive an intact, quality product. However, if you change your mind, you can return it to us and replace it with an identical or any other product from our catalog (see terms of repayment).

In case of a wrong order we directly replace it at our expense.

If you received a package (eg glass) cracked or broken, we replace the product at our expense (see terms of refunds).

Terms of refunds

Terms of changing products:

- The returning shipment must be made within two (2) days after your receipt’s date.
- The product must not be opened or consumed.
- The packaging must be in the condition you received it.
- When all the above are valid send us the products you want to return to safe packaging, with your shipping charge.
Caution: If the products you send us back donnot apply to terms above, we send it back at your own cost.

Conditions for the wrong order:

- The returning shipment must be made within two (2) days after your receipt’s date.
- The product must not be opened or consumed.
- After contacting be sweet and have a relative arrangement, return your products in a safe parcel at our shipping costs.
Caution: If the products you send are not bound by the conditions of return for wrong orders, we will send them back to you at your own cost.

Conditions for damaged packaging:

- Contact be sweet as soon as you receive the damaged product.
- Send us back the products within two (2) days after your receipt’s date.
- Products must not be opened or consumed.
- After consulting with be sweet, return your goods in a safe package at our shipping costs.
Caution: If the goods do not apply with the conditions for damaged packaging, we will send back to you at your own cost.
