Using the technique and the traditional Greek recipe for Quince Paste, we created five new flavors:
Persimmon Paste: Made of fresh persimmons, respects and highlights their distinctive flavor. The paste is sweet, slightly astringent, rich in aromas and maintains all the characteristics of the fruit. Green Apple & Mountain Tea Paste: The juice and the flesh of green apple makes a fantastic combination with green tea, giving a extremely aromatic and sweet result. The recommended consumption is alone, cut into cubes as toppin on yogurt, on ice cream, in salad, baked into cakes or cupcakes.
