Cheesecake with cinnamon & cranberry spoon sweet

• 1 and 1/2 cups digestive biscuits, grated
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 450g mascarpone cheese 
• 450g greek yogurt
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup “be sweet” Cranberry spoon sweet

Step 1: Heat oven to 160ºC
Step 2: Mix digestive biscuits, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and butter until blended put on bottom of 22 cm two-part round form pan.
Step 3: Beat cream cheese, yogurt and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs slowly on low speed.
Step 4: Pour in pan, over crust. Bake for about 1h.
Step 5: After baking, let cool. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
Step 6: Spread “be sweet cranberry” spoon sweet over the cake. Serve or refrigerate again.
